Stayed there last year absolutely brilliant wished I could've booked it this year. Amazing hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly just genuinely nice people. Wonderful week at Hayloft Panbride House 6th-13th July. Gorgeous spacious, spotless apartment with everything you could need, comfy beds and extras like milk, wine and fresh eggs. Hot tubs great after a day's sightseeing. This was our 3rd time at Panbride House and won't be our last. Thank you Matt and Brian for a great holiday.

June 2024 family  of 4 - we had a fabulous 5 nights in the 3 bed Hayloft- we loved the set up and  beautiful Panbride House has a very  special ambience and beautifully kept grounds. Our labradoodle had her best sensory overload ever ! Lovely half hour stroll to Carnoustie or sea swimming at East Haven. Lunan Bay has a beach to rival any on the western isles. Everything from the coffee machine to the bed linen was new tasteful and  high quality and we very much notice the difference when our hosts are generous with the little extras (wine, tea, milk, eggs) and clearly want us to have a great stay. The gym  has great selection of weights and fitness machines and the hot tubs are top quality. The tennis court is picturesque but no markings so is really just for children but we phoned Maulesbank Tennis Club and they were happy to hire us a blaize court in Carnoustie. Just back from an amazing week at Panbride House. Matt and Brian looked after us so well and the accommodation is beautiful and really high quality. We stayed in Grooms Bothy which had two bedrooms, a private yard for our cockapoo to run around in and easy access to the hot tubs.

Matt and Brian were great hosts. They gave us recommendations for places to visit and our dog loved playing with their two dogs. The accommodation itself is well laid out and has very good high quality kitchen utensils, bedding and towels. It felt like a five star hotel!

We will definitely be back. Even the Scottish weather didn’t spoil our time away!

Matt showed us the other accommodation on site too and all of them are done out to a really high standard and modern, fresh and very clean.

Stayed Servants Hall 10th July-19th July. Super peaceful property with luxury beds and kitchen equipment. Super friendly hosts.Wilma and Elie visited which was great. Only downside was the weather but we could easily get train or bus to visit other places. We will be back

Outstanding accommodation in beautiful grounds. We stayed in The Hay Loft - wonderful for a multi generation family break. Child and Dog friendly, and still retaining a luxury feel.  Lovely social living space and super comfy beds. Spotless throughout. Beautiful private outdoor patio. Hot tubs also wonderful with fab simple booking system to ensure privacy. Hosts Brian and Matt were hugely welcoming and helpful. Tennis, basketball, football on site and lovely walks from the door. Perfect spot for a relaxing break.
