The upstairs three bedrooms (1 king, 1 twin, 1 super-king (or twin) zip-and-link) are served by an upstairs shower-room. A family bathroom – with shower over bath – is at the foot of the stairs.
Downstairs consists of a generous living room with wood-burning stove (and foldaway ottoman bed) which flows into the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a very large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and the washer-dryer is tucked under the stairs.
Walled private courtyard opens off the kitchen, and has a BBQ facility.
As with all our properties, access to large hot-tubs (shared but with booking for private use); Tennis court; on-site gym and use of 6 acres of fully enclosed gardens (safe for wee ones – two legs or four).
