The servants hall is all on one level with no steps throughout the property – the generous family bathroom features a roll top bath and a level walk-in wet-room making the whole property very accessible.
Each of the 3 bedrooms features a super-king zip-and-link bed (and thus all can be split into twin rooms). One bedroom features an ensuite shower-room (this room can also take a roll away-bed)
The fully equipped kitchen has a double oven, large gas hob, American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.
The main living space has tweed sofas, a large dining table and a wood-burner under a marble fire surround. The living room over looks the back gardens (with direct garden access) and opens onto a private patio.
As with all our properties, access to large hot-tubs (shared but with booking for private use); Tennis court; on-site gym and use of 6 acres of fully enclosed gardens (safe for wee ones – two legs or four).
